For all of you who already know Katie, you recognize her contagious joy and tenacious tender heart from a mile away. You know that she's a woman who has lived a life that bows low to serve those in need and there is not a single injustice in the earth that doesn't provoke her to cry out to Jesus to make the wrong things right. Well now Katie is the one in great need and we are the ones who must cry out on her behalf...

On Tuesday, September 13th, 2011 Noah and Katie Jenks received overwhelming news. Katie has been diagnosed with Lymphoma...cancer of the lymph nodes. We don't know a lot yet...the process is all just beginning on the road to identifying months of unexplainable symptoms and designing a treatment plan. 

Here is what we DO know. Lymphoma has a very high cure rate even without supernatural intervention and Katie is CONFIDENT in her recovery! The doctors are saying she has one very large mass in her chest that has formed a sort of web like structure that is wrapped around some major blood vessels. The dangers here are: 1. The pressure it's putting on her veins and blood flow 2. potential pressure on her heart 3. possible restricted breathing with pressure on her wind pipe.

Here's what YOU can do! Pray and pray hard! We are confident that OUR GOD HEALS! cancer is not from Him nor is it too hard for Him so pray from VICTORY not fear or defeat.
